Digital Products & Refunds
Since our products are digital and instantly downloadable (like your pet’s resume), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- Why no refunds for downloads? Once a digital file is downloaded, it’s impossible to “return” it in the same way you would a physical item.
- What if I didn’t download it? If you purchase a digital product but change your mind before you’ve downloaded or accessed it, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we’ll review your request for a refund.

If you find any errors or need to make adjustments to your pet’s resume that you created using our service, simply reach out to us. We’re actually not liable for how you use our site at all so it’s all on you do to it correctly.
- Website Use: By using our website and services, you agree to do so in a lawful and respectful manner. We are not responsible for any damages or issues that may arise from your misuse of our website or services.
- You agree to hold us harmless for any use or related use of the website, products or services both civilly, criminally and waive your rights to any and all legal action.
